[EN] How long does it take you to create a GTA mapping?
It depends on the size of the project, its type and location, but it usually requires between one and three months of work.

Tout dépend de la taille du projet, du type et du lieu, mais, en général, cela représente 1 à 3 mois de travail.

[EN] How to buy your mappings on the Tebex platform ?
Tebex is partnered with the FiveM platform. It allows me to protect my creations from thefts. By connecting to CFX (FiveM dev account), you will receive a license key, which must be similar to the server where you are going to put the mapping. You will then receive the mapping by email.
If you didn't receive the mail, you can find the purchased item on keymaster.fivem.net in the category "Purchased items". If necessary, you can also transfer the licence key to this platform.

[FR] Comment acheter vos mappings sur la plateforme Tebex ?
Tebex, qui protège les créations contre le vol, est partenaire de la plateforme FiveM. En vous connectant au CFX (compte fivem dev), vous obtiendrez une clé de licence qui devra être similaire au serveur où vous installerez le mapping. Ensuite, vous recevrez le mapping par email.
Si ce n'est pas le cas, vous pourrez retrouver la ressource achetée sur keymaster.fivem.net dans la catégorie "Purchased Assets". Au besoin, c'est, également, sur cette plateforme que vous pourrez transférer la clé de licence du mapping.

[EN] Are there any criteria for buying your mappings?
My mappings are only functional using the FiveM platform. I do not plan to remove the mapping protection, my mappings won't be available on servers that use an RPF file system.
The server must be under the 5181 artifact (at least) and the account where the mapping was purchased must be similar to the server (for the license key). Also try not to have other mappings nearby. Example: the house next door because the manifest file might create problems.

[FR] Quels sont les critères pour acheter vos mappings?
Je travaille uniquement les mappings pour la plateforme FiveM. Je n’enlève pas la protection du mapping. Désolée pour les serveurs qui utilisent un système de fichier en RPF.
Le serveur, où sera hébergé le mapping, doit être sous l’artefact 5181 au minimum et le compte, avec lequel sera acheté le mapping, doit être similaire au serveur.
Précaution --> Essayez de ne pas avoir d’autres mappings à proximité (une maison voisine par exemple) car sinon le fichier « manifest » risque de créer des problèmes.

[EN] Do you update your mappings?
I'll make updates from time to time, depending if bugs are found. The files are automatically updated on the keymaster platform. I will also notify the update on the related Discord channel.

[FR] Faites-vous des mises à jour de vos mappings ?
Si des bugs existent, je ferai des mises à jour des mappings. Les fichiers seront automatiquement mis à jour sur la plateforme keymaster. Je donnerai, aussi, cette information sur ce discord.

[EN] The mapping does not work! What can I do? 😭
If the messages "you don't have the appropriate rights", "you don't have the required rights"" appears in your console, make sure you entered the right server key : you can find it on keymaster, in the "home" part of the site. Then, copy it to the server.cfg file right behind "sv_licencekey". Also, make sure that you have not modified/moved any files. The installation protocol of the mappings is available on the tebex page of each of them. If you didn't manage to fix the problems after following all these steps, feel free to make a ticket so I can fix the problem with you.

[FR] Le mapping ne fonctionne pas ! Que faire ? 😭
Si dans votre console, vous avez le message "you don't have the appropriate rights" ou "you don't have the required rights", vérifiez votre clé de serveur sur keymaster dans la partie "home" du site. Ensuite, copiez la clé dans le fichier "server.cfg", après le "sv_licencekey". Assurez-vous, également, que vous n’avez modifié/déplacé aucun fichier. Le protocole d’installation des mappings est disponible sur la page tebex de chacun d’entre eux. Après toutes ces vérifications, créez un ticket afin de solutionner ensemble le problème.

[EN] Why do I have to pay more than the prices displayed on the store ?
If you are a resident of a countries that applies VAT or local sales tax, this tax will be added to the initial price. On my side, I also have to pay taxes and commissions.

[FR] Pourquoi je paye plus cher que le prix affiché ?
Si vous résidez dans un pays qui est tenu par la loi de payer la TVA ou la taxe de vente locale, cette taxe s'ajoutera au tarif du mapping. De mon coté, des taxes et commissions me sont, également, imputées.
